Return & Refund Policy

At Earth’s Healing Touch by Thea, your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are handcrafted, small-batch, and made with natural ingredients, we are unable to accept returns for reasons of health and safety.

Refunds or Replacements

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at EarthsHealingTouch@protonmail.com with photos and order details. We will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the issue has been verified. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
